【札幌の真夏日日数、最多記録更新か？】
札幌で今日もし30度を超えたら、年間の真夏日の日数（平均値8.6日）が32日！ 大正13年（1924）を超えて史上最多記録になるそうです。
大正13年（1924）といえば、21代目豊平橋の渡橋式が8月26日。写真を見ると日傘を差している人が多く暑かったんだろうなと思い気象庁の記録を調べてみたら、意外にも最高気温25度。この年の猛暑はお盆までに集中していたようで、8月24日以降はぐっと涼しくなりました。
近年でも涼しかった年はあり、平成15年（2003）は真夏日がなんとゼロ。最低気温が20度を超えた日もゼロという、素晴らしい夏だったようです。僕は当時東京にいて体験できませんでしたが…。
